It sounds like you have the natural ability to sense spirits wich automatically makes you a beacon for attracting them. Most of the spirits are human spirits who may be wanting help or simply to communicate and be awknowledged. There are negative energies, and higher energies (of the light). If the spirits bug you you can ask them to go away. The first thing I would do, is get in contact with your spirit guides and angels. First learn their energy so when they come into contact with you, you will be open to their guidance. Ask them to help you decern between the spirits, and put up some psychic protection, always protect yourself. Tell them to give you a specific sign ( you choose) to let you know which one is ok and which you need to avoid. Some human spirits will give off a "negative or evil" vibe. They may be angry or upset, or in their heart they just may be evil. The one thing that has helped me is to get a psychic impression first. It has taken some time, but I'm at the point of where it just comes to me before I accept or deny them. If you can't read any type of past from it, it's probebly not human. These you need to avoid. Since you are new at this, I wouldn't advise communicateing with them just yet, unless to tell it to go away. Get impressions, how dous it make you feel, are you scared? Is it hurting you? Can you see what happend ? Is it male/female? ect. Log this in a journal. In time things will progress naturally.
