i need help with this also.
i have a lower energy spirit that has been with me for i think about 2 or 3 years. i CAN NOT get rid of him. i've tried everything. he interferes A LOT. i feel like if i dont get rid of him, i wont get anywhere with my skills.

please help!!!!!!
