Dear pachubeez aunt, I have had spirits in my home most of my life. Although they find ways to let me know they are there (things coming on, things not where you left them only to be there a little later, etc.) I can tell you that calling on the white light of your father (creator, whatever you call it) and asking for it to be taken away works for me. In fact, I want to learn more about safe ways to interact which hopefully I will learn here. It appears that you are getting a lot of good advise from others here. There are many things out there that the general public thinks can't or doesn't exist but they are there. Don't let things like that cause you to question your sanity. You can't see air but it is there. I can't see the electricity going to the circuity but all you have to do is plug something in. Look at sound waves of the radio and these are the things the general public know exist because they can prove it. Good luck. Keep positive.
