Yes, I had a teacher once who had a speech impediment, it was terrible. No one in the class could understand a word he said. Not that I think we should be discriminating or anything, however, speech is an important part of a teacher's role and they really should be screened, or have to work on their speech so that the students can at least understand them. Good Luck
Very true, my teacher is older, has had like 2 strokes and is also rumored to have polio. She's a sweet lady and she means well I like her as a person but she's just hard to understand or keep up with.
