activetopics....yes I agree it is very possible to do .....
what I have found to hold true is they go better the more emotion that is attached to them which in a sense would be elevated energy.

I also found that they send better when thought through the mind but sent using the heart chakra

think your message then mentally pull the message down to your heart chakra then think send ...you should feel your heart chakra pulling outward from your body.

keep mentally sending the message you wish to send.

I also have found emotions like love messages which normally come from the heart/mind combo anyway are the ones that send the best.

also I would like to add that when you try to manipulate someone what you send out comes back to you ten fold....so I would advise against any messing with someones thoughts .
now sending a message like I love you or I miss you Or call me or I am sorry etc etc is not manipulation
