Hey guys, I recently have been going through a tough time in my life, and I would like at least one person that shares deep sorrow. I feel that it would be great for the healing process for all of us, and if anyone's interested, please let me know! Thanks!

Johnlloyd is right, when we focus on the negative aspects of our life we just encourage more negativity, I know I have been there more than once in my life.

2008 was a time to clear out my closet so to speak, I decided I was going to focus on the positive. Every morning as soom as I open my eyes I say aloud "Its a beautiful day and everything is going my way", usually it does but if for some reason it doesn't I am in a better frame of mind to cope with it.

In August this year I started my own business and things are progressing nicley. I give thanks for all that I have and all that is to come.

I can now look at myself and like me for who I am. So instead of focusing on the things that you don't want in life start focusing on the things that you do want and you will see an improvement.
