Not strange at all and no you are not crazy!

It was indeed Archangel Gabriel. He wanted to also have you know that you are part of the world. The message I feel is that the world is with you, even if you feel alone.

You are a lightworker, a healer. I think doing Reiki on your own heart will help the world because he has put a piece inside.

Thank you so much, Laura! It really felt like the actual Archangel, but I was so afraid to say so... I never thought in my life I'd ever see him! I was so floored! This came in the middle of a bad week for me, too, so in my depression I began to think maybe it was just some kind of psychosis or something freaky like that, haha. I almost wondered whether I should see my shrink about it! I'm relieved to know that what felt so incredibly real to me was indeed real...

I've never done formal Reiki, but informally, I've used my hands regularly to transfer or otherwise manipulate energies around me. There are a lot of times I don't feel right if I don't use my actual hands as part of a visualization. I'm sure it looks odd to watch, lol. I have pressed my hands to my heart before to try and transfer healing energy to that piece that is now on my heart, as well as to myself...but I really don't know much about Reiki itself. I could be using it without knowing it, or I could be doing it wrong, I don't know.
