this JUST happened to me last night. of course it lasted for like an hour. which makes it kinda horrible because the fear was so intense and the vibrating fear was like OMFG I CANT MOVE OR SCREAM AND THERE'S VOICES AND DARK SHADOWS AND BLAAAAAHAAHAHHA... i actually managed to scream a little bit. but it was only moan. but yeah. a whole freaking hour. i sensed a lot of nastiness in the room so i bombarded it with white light energy cuz that was pretty much the only thing i was capable of doing at the time. but then i shifted my energy and i didnt even open my eyes are anything. they were already open. i just kinda shifted and it went away. but yeah. it sucked big time. but now i wanna do it again. which is maybe why i was incapable of going to school today *no bus money, no car, no license plate, too far to walk, parents went to work already* maybe the universe wants me to nap and try again.... hmmm..... ok. i'll go to sleep now.
