hi tishsuz.
try a 20 minute meditation once a week or more often if you can.after a short time you will not get the same stressed out feeling as your spiritual being will be more in control.
meditation feeds your spirit.good luck
Yes, I agree with this, meditating on a regular basis is perhaps the best preventive cure for these types of feelings.
