You are welcome my dear......to me forums are amazing teaching tools and schools.
There are so very many very young people and young souls on this forum that learn by our discussing your experiences, mine and others.

It may not ring a bell for them now but down the road some time it may pull from the back of their mind somewhere that they read something like that somewhere and help them to understand what is happening to them.

sophia it happened again. I went to take a short nap on my coach, all of a sudden my crown chakra and 3rd eye started up again. I started to see the face of a woman. I said "hello", she said "hello" back, I remembered what you said and asked "are you from the light", she said "yes I am". Then I asked "are you dead", she said "no I am not dead" and she stared to laugh, for some reason I felt that this person was a physical being because she came in so clearly, you are going to laugh at this one, so I felt that I was starting to fade out, so I told her to call me and I gave her my telephone number. I know you re laughing right now. I just felt like I was communicating with someone that is still physically alive, but then I was thinking that 'of course she isn't dead" her spirit is alive and well on the other side. I just asked the wrong question.
