I also wanted to add how to handle if you see someone is going to die or some other seriously bad outcome including divorce, etc. The client may hear something like this and it will become a self-fullfilling prophecy or some other variant decision. I would say the only time to even tell the client this is if you saw the reason why they would die (heart attack, etc) and only speak about the solution like you have to eat better or your diet is effecting your heart.
