To simplify my point I will say that perhaps make it known that it was only a joke on the same reply and not come back after time has gone by to make it known. Some don't always interpret jokes the way others do.

Sorry that I didn't make that clearer in my response. Also, make sure you think before you reply as what you said to me wasn't neccessary. I in fact have a wonderful sense of humor but like I said not all others take things as you do especially when it's written.
