Hi Pheonixgirl,

The first thing that came into my mind was are you a smoker yourself? If you are perhaps he's wanting you to stop and keeps on popping into your mind as a reminder of how he passed. Your his little girl and he's still looking out for you know matter what age you are! and even if he is on the other side.
Perhaps he's happy that your finding your spiritual path, the next time he pops into your mind why don't you speak to your dad like you used to and ask him what it is he's trying to tell you. Good luck pheonixgirl let me know what happens.
