I don't really see PHGirl smoking. I feel that he wants to convey to you PHGirl that he is around you and wants you to know that. He wants you to be happy in life and become more serious. He wants you to love yourself and to do the right thing. He is still fathering you from the other side. I get a Jorge (in Spanish) or George (in English).

Wow, you're good!! He was Puerto Rican which is probably where you get the hispanic thing, but his name was Mario, and I do smoke sometimes very rarely like in social situations or when I'm really really bummed. Is that him playing with my pots? Probably saying dang Bernie, still sloppy I see, lol!!!
Wow, I guess when people die they aren't really gone in a sense, I like the fact he still visits, though, I think that was him the other day shuffling his slippers, he used to do that when he was alive, it was a running joke between my sisters and I. Thanks again ST
