I don't really see PHGirl smoking. I feel that he wants to convey to you PHGirl that he is around you and wants you to know that. He wants you to be happy in life and become more serious. He wants you to love yourself and to do the right thing. He is still fathering you from the other side. I get a Jorge (in Spanish) or George (in English).

Oooh, I just thought of something, maybe Daddy has been reincarnated as this George fellow? Spirits don't die, only bodies do. Any thoughts?
