I have pages of automated writing. There is nothing to worry about just as always ask for the highest help available to you.

Then type or write out a question clear your mind and start to type don't "think" about what you typing or even if it makes sense.

Most times I have to go back and read the answer and it always blows my mind.

Trust and ask for only information that is for "your" highest good.
