I recently found a recipe for homemade Gingerale. I made it a couple of days ago and although you have to wait for it to chill, I could not. So my middle son and I decided to have some. It was not good. But I could not bring myself to throw it out so I put it in the refridgerator and forgot about it. My oldest son just came in and asked what is that, pointing to the gingerale. I explained what it was and he fixed himself a glass. As I watch his face his eyes lighten with surprise and stated "that actually is not bad, its good" So I had him pour me a glass and you know what? It is not bad. With all the benefits that Ginger provides, I thought I would share this recipe through the link. (it is very easy)

I may try making the Gingerbread also.
