I think that if you want to do a chat night just post it and let everyone know what time zone your in.....London for instance. If you'd like to chat at that time post it and if people are able to join at that time it's great.

I mentioned having a chat thread...a place where you can post when and what time you want to chat. I'm not sure if it can be done or not. So maybe post in announcements and if I'm wrong I hope someone can help you better.
