Pick up the phone Win15 and remind them that you are still interested in the job (first thank the person for taking the time for considering your application)and if the person says that the position is filled, ask if there are other positions available that you can apply for. This will, at the very least get you in the company.

I am sorry I do not have a yes or no answer.

I will keep you in my prayers as I was in your position just a couple of months ago.
