Ah... I must admit I myself am a power-hungry maniac... You can tell by my excessive use of two planners and labeling of everything... Honestly, I can admit I will not easily give up power. And power, used wisely, can be just as good as peace. Maybe I'm weird, but I don't really see the two as opposites, just different. Creating peace, whether at work, in a relationship or international, takes a certain give and take of power. A balance. Nothing will ever get done if both sides throw up their hands and say "you're in charge!" Even finding a peace from within takes a certain kind of self-control.
