We have members from various backgrounds and its really fascinating to learn about what everyone does and what everyone believes in. And, sometimes I feel as though we aren't encouraing members enough to participate and share their stories..maybe people aren't getting comfortable enough.

So, what about Member Inteviews. the idea is each week we get to talk to a member and ask them questions and learn something from them..It works in two ways
1. to make people more comfortable here so people get to know each other
2. It helps members share and learn from each other.

What do you think?
