My thoughts and prayers are there with you all.Mental abuse, yep, I know it, not nice. Can ing you down, and eak you. Been there, almost oke me, for a while I turned into a crazy person, checking over my shoulder all the time, afraid of being followed, couldnt go into crowded or enclosed place, panic attacks, uncontrolable crying.........Not nice, and the abuse from some one who 'loved' me. He tried to control me and bend my will, guess he did a good job. The saddest thing was that the 'sane' side of him could see what he was doing, and hated himself for it, but was in such a state that he was unable to stop.
