I guess you could call it a "lesson" or "class" if you will. I prefer not to. Because, for one, its not really a class...second, I have experienced as soon as i say "class" i scare everyone away lmao....i dont want to be the only one talking. As you know me, I am more comfortable with discussions etc.

I will also design a reference sheet once the discussion is over. This is a sheet we could all keep at home and look at if we need help. Like for me the perfect example would be something about headaches or energy lmao....

Alright...we will discuss that and see how that goes then!
