what are your techniques for obe's? for about a period of 10 years..ages 16-26 i was able to have an obe very easily and did so on nearly a daily basis. i didn't have a good understanding of what i was doing and was a little fearful...this was preinternet days

i am 40 now and wish i could induce it like i could before...i feel i'm getting closer and after reading about the pineal and calcification...i wonder if perhaps my pineal was just more open bc i was younger. now i have a much better understanding of metaphysics, spirituality, etc, etc...i would like to explore it again. any thoughts, techniques.
what about ideas for reversing calcification?
