12,000 college students and young people arrived in washington dc this weekend to encourage senators, representatives, even the president to make policy changes away from fossil fuels toward clean renewable alternative energy options.
it's really quite extraordinary. they originally hoped for 10,000 but got a few extras.
another example of the old energy systems falling away.
it's so cool to be on the planet now!
