the simple answer to the first and original question is yes - we are all deserving. that is not in question. you see, the universe, the creator, the consciousness field, the energy, its all acceptance and love.

regardless of your actions, you are loved. people may not like to hear it but even jeffry dahmer and hitler were loved by the higher powers. that is the true unity.

in order to understand how this can be, you have to evolve your way of thinking, but first let me make a disclaimer that this may come off sounding 'cold', or even that i 'condone' what people like dahmer and hitler did, or try to make less of it, im really not. i dont condone it.

but we have to also remember that murder of the physical vessel is inconsequential as opposed to the murder of your soul (if thats even possible). im using murder as an example because thats usually viewed as the top negative thing. some might also say enslavement is above even that, but im using murder as an example here of the worst set of negativity.

when someone is murdered, they dont die. only their physical vessel dies. their soul moves on to its next journey. the person who commits this act, has a long way to go towards enlightenment, but they are still of us, of the collective consciousness.

there just is no hate at the highest level. until we gain that level, we will still always be learning, and always have a catalyst to confront us in such a manner that it can be seen as 'negative' to us. though what is deemed negative to us here in 3d may be something entirely in 4d.

so in the end, yes, all are deserving. it falls down to us, what we choose to be, that determines how much farther we grow and ultimately, ascend. it is not the higher power that determines whether or not we can move on... it is us. we are our own obstacle.

according to the loo material, it will affect everyone, although as david says often, not everyone will notice anything immediately. some will need to be shown. eventually those who choose to remain negative, make their choice to stay in a 3d environ, etc.

so everyone has a ticket to the new age, or 4d... there is no doubt they have the ticket. but its up to them to go up to the ticket counter, stamp their ticket, and enter the higher realm.
