i'd say everything is in a state of flux, but people will realize they'll be able to guide the process as the energy level of the human soul matrix increases.
basically, we're deprived of serotonin as a species. the states of happiness and energy arise fleetingly and leave, seemingly cast to the wind whenever a rock appears in our path. yet things will change when the heart is opened and fear is cast to the side, one step at a time.
ever wonder why much of the info on 2012 is fear-based?
hmm...reinforcement of lower emotional states to generate more predictable and controllable timelines perhaps?
