i've just been on a thread i posted (about the maharishi effect) on a certain conspiracy forum and the cynical bunch are saying that such practices are ways for demons to possess us and maharishi was a member of secret societies.

your clear intent in any given act is what empowers it. i couldn't imagine many people doing this with a malevolent intent.

if demons do exist, i feel that they are probably just lost souls, or energetic projections of our subconscious. and the spirit can take any "shape"......
imo, any demons/ hell that do/ does exist.....could well be a form of illusion- the sum total of negative energy of the collective consciousness.
they aren't the true source of "evil".

this is definitely true for the majority of what we consider to be negative or evil. speaking from experience, i guarantee you that true evil does indeed exist. it primarily shows itself in two different forms. the first and most common form is the one ra talks about a lot, and it's primary tool is deception. they often put on a front of whatever qualities you are looking for, to deceive you and ultimately overpower and enslave you.

the second form is much more insidious, and it's main function is to terrorize you, because it feeds on your fear. i'll relate an experience i had with this type, and i warn you my story has the potential to create and magnify fear, so please don't read the rest of this post, if you wish to avoid this. i didn't even believe these beings existed until i encountered one.

i was with someone who wasn't fully anchored in this dimension. she could easily bring out portals into other dimensions, and i always thought that was pretty cool how she could sometimes see into other dimensions, and describe them etc. the problem was, she didn't have very much control over this ability.

we were driving past this old abandoned house that i had an eye on, because i had delusions of buying it and remodeling it. on impulse i pulled into the driveway. we got out of the car and she immediately said, 'there's evil here!' i said flippantly, that's ok because because i don't believe in evil.

she refused to go in the house, so i told her i'd have a quick look and then we'd leave. i stepped thru a broken window frame and immediately it felt as if somebody jumped on my back. i tried to get it off, but i couldn't see anything. at this point i decided to get the heck out of there, as fast as i could.

now, i don't scare easily, but the hairs on the back of my neck were standing straight up, and it felt like there were bugs crawling under my skin as my nerve endings freaked out. i could actually feel it feeding off my fear, like it was sucking the life force right out of me. my blood felt like it turned into ice in my veins. by this time i was back outside and with a herculean effort i finally dislodged it and got it off my back.

as soon as it left me she started screaming and getting hysterical, and i realized it was on her. she kept feeling her face, screaming "my face! my face!" i gathered all my energy and asked for higher assistance, and finally got it off her. the sheer terror this being evoked is totally indescribable.

i asked what what was wrong with her face because it looked normal, but she was convinced it was covered in blood. we ran to the car and started driving off, but she looked into the mirror to make sure her face was ok, and immediately went ballistic again. i finally realized she was seeing this entity in the back seat.

i asked for help again at this point, and i knew immediately that i had to get to the water. there was a lake close by and i drove straight there. we went right for the water and it went the other way. whew!

we were gathering our wits and trying to calm down, when one of the angels showed itself to her to comfort her. i couldn't see the angel, but i felt its presence.

i learned a few things from this encounter.
*evil does exist!
*help is available when you ask for it!
*you're never given more than you have the ability to handle.
*help is always available!
