cool post! this is fun!!

i always called this other life gazing. i was at a small workshop and we all did it to each other... stared at each other till we saw the other faces in the other person.... very and sooo cool! we saw all kinds of faces: some human, some of different races... lots of aliens. we were calling it other or concurrent lives or aspects of self.

it was a lot later that i realized you could do this with yourself by staring in a mirror... i didn't like that so much....yeah i agree it is freaky... for me, it is weird to see other faces where "mine" should be.

so i believe it is a very fun thing that people can do in friendship with each other (it might be easier to start with others then move to oneself, but i do not know that). just relax and gaze and let the focus fade.
