perhaps we don't need the emotional charge that comes along with the phrase "first wound" as it carries a negative connotation right off the bat. a wound implies something whole has been damaged. but i think we all know that the whole is fine, and as holographic extension/inclusions of the whole, we are thus fine too.

if the original wound is separation, perhaps we might rephrase it in terms of the law of confusion, often thought of as "the veil" - that which separates our third density consciousness from the direct knowing of our fuller consciousness that we may experience the illusion of separation for the wonderful life catalyst that provides.

we have come to do just the kind of chakra and clearing work described in this thread, as beacons and as individuals seeking evolution. the work itself can be difficult enough at times, so i'd rather not see it as some damage i am trying to repair, but rather the work i opted in free-will to achieve upon this plane.

so, perhaps it is a wound if one just thinks it happened to them, and it is just "the work" if one is conscious that this is what they are here for.
