i do not see the super computers' findings contradictory to dw's words.
in contrary, it provides supporting evidence:

"the odd thing is this: the mass of gluons is zero and the mass of quarks is only five percent. where, therefore, is the missing 95 percent?"

this super calculation just shows us that matter is nothing more than a form of energy -- in a sense, stored energy temporarily molded to construct the physical objects around us.
quantum theorists no longer consider energy to be particlelike in nature. subatomic particles are no longer viewed as static things but as four-dimensional entities in space-time.
next step -- consciousness is the underliing fabric of our universe. they are getting there.
