hi tiffarella. i won't bother asking how you are feeling since your last thread as it's quite obvious. i have a question that i'd like you to answer for me if you can.

are you getting images or flashes in your mind of incidents or situations where people are being physically or mentally abused, raped, killed, victims of terrorism or war or of any other kind?

is this what's happening?
