sorry this is a bit off topic but can i ask whether you are in an abusive situation at the moment? are you physically safe? is there practical help that you need at the moment?

sorry if this sounds like prying but when you describe that you are experiencing a hell consiousness every moment, well i just wonder whether board conversations about karma are helpful at this time, and whether there is practical support that could be offered. worried about you from the tone of some of your posts. hope you are safe
