finally! i finally did it. i have begun to meditate. i have sat down many times in the past and just couldn't hack it or stand it. i have always been a mental person with thoughts constantly swimming in my head. i have tried many times in the past to sit down and meditated but the thoughts that ambushed me were just too intense and wanted me to go crazy. but recently i have learned about something that changed my experience and for the first time in a long, long time i am calm. so let me explain.

i have recently learned about structuring water with positive sound vibrations. basically, anything pleasant to your ears is positive. some tones more than others, like they say the sound of the sun is one of the most positively charged. and a small amount of this positively structured water can clean and purify a many times larger body of polluted water. also, our bodies are made of something like 75% water so we can actually structure the water in our own bodies. they are even showing that this can cure diseases.

so that gave me the idea, i know it is not a new idea i just put two and two together, when i exhale to hum with a gentle, pleasurable sound. with the idea that this humming sound vibration from my throat would actually structure the water in my own body and purify it. also, this vibration that came from my throat gently radiated through my body and calmed the tension in my muscles. it was this vibration that finally lulled my muscles into a state of peacefulness in which traditional meditation could not do for me. now, for the first time, i am not all nervous and jittery, i have a calmness and peacefulness about me that i have desperately needed.

i just wanted to share that with everyone. i was a terribly hard case and a hard nut to crack. if this thing could actually get through to me it could definitely help others as well.
