thank you everyone. it is so fascinating the way science and spirituality are coming together. i was thinking that this is why these "healing tones" work, because they structure the water in our bodies. singing, i don't sing because it certainly is not pleasant

, but for those who do i am sure it would have great healing powers on the body because of the vibrations. the headphones we put in our ears or the city noise pollution all serve to structure our bodies in architectural beauty or chaotic disorder.

dgcrow, i am going to try some of those mantras. thanks.
