welcome to the boards, newish here too.
glad you find the information helpful and it resonates with you.
for meditation, dont pressure yourself. dont force your self. there is no right or wrong way to meditate and i strongly recommend focusing on your breathing that way thoughts tend to stay dormant a little more.
