in my opinion, there is nothing unusual about that man. my eyes might not have investigated enough, but his hair is not noticeably blue, but in fact noticeably black with light reflecting off of it. his skin was as normal looking as any photo of a genuinely white male would permit. the ear hardly looked very different, and seemed to be distorted by light or lack-there-of.

i actually believe that this could be a great photograph of a ghost - which may imply that it is an interdimensional being, of course, but i see no reason to call this a photograph of a 4th or 5th dimensional being. granted that our waking state sensory perception could allow for us the comprehend the sight of a higher dimensional being, i don't imagine that we'd interpret the image as having the appearance of the average human to the extent that our cameras/technology would determine the same.
