so when i was out of body i was still in this 3rd deminsion or another like 4th or 5th?if so,when i get it down pack and move in and out will i be around other beings?wll i been in a relam where i will see or feel them around me?i'm real new at this and really want to know what to expect atleast so i wont be in such a state of shock that i might lose focus.but im going to meditate tonight and take your advise also i'm going to not rush things and just try again and again everynight,im very patient..thanks for your imput!

also when u say "you" was born in direct communication with your higher self 6th and sometimes 7,do you mean me based on what i have told u about me? or do you mean "you" as in everybody was born in direct communication with their higher self when you first go out of body, you are in the 3rd density astral realm. things will see touch and feel as though you are still in your physical body. usually when you go out, a spirit guide or two will be present. you can ask them to take you to 4th density to show it to you. depending on what is for your greater good, they may or may not take you there. that is up to them. they will only show you things that will contribute to your greater good. you also have to remain emotionaly distant from the experience while out. this is a very difficult thing to accomplish because everything is new and exciting. it may take quite a few trips out until you begin to accomplish this. if you get to emotional when out, you will snap right back in.

i was inferring that everyone has the 6th or rarely 7th density higher self.
