yes, what you're experiencing is part of the "cleaning out" process that is necessary for us to be more "pure" open vessels with the ego mind properly diminished and our soul and higher self minds coming to the forefront. the good news is that once you clear out and transmute enough layers of “old stuff” you will feel acceleration instead of stand-still.
