Default Debug your mind
the majority of us humans at present are stuck in a disabled mental and emotional state
and the only thing that is really standing in the way of people becoming unstuck is money
and power... as far as i can see those people in such positions of power have enough resources to become self sufficient and not even need money any more, all you need is clean air a balanced diet and some where to live surrounded by loved ones which is actually every human on the planet but money has apparently superseded love in your minds and you are actually slaves to money or to be more specific banks and the people hiding behind them.

all emotions are learned in child hood and when you grow into an adult those feelings you have are nothing more than memories incidents that occurred when you were a child.

to rid your self of unwanted feelings which are basically fears you need to experience the feeling in your body such as frustration or anger, think about some thing that makes you angry once you are feeling it you need to pay attention to where in your body you are feeling it such as your heart and stomach and face and pay attention to your breathing.

then close your eyes and start remembering your childhood you will start to remember all
those incidents that made you angry but your goal is search until you find the incident in
your child hood when you first had those feelings.. it may have been a brother or sister it may have been a parent or some one else.. an example you may having been playing with a sibling and he brakes a vase your parent comes in see's the damage and your brother points at you and your parent slaps you, you try to explain that it was your brother
but by this time your parent is furious your heart is pounding your breathing shallow and fast and your face stings from being slapped you are scared and start crying.

your parent says that was the only thing they had left to remember there mum or dad whom they loved and you broke it 'you are a horrible child' get out of my sight i don't want to look at you.
you run to your room crying and confused as you lay in your bed shaking you recall that
your parent said 'you are a horrible child' and in your mind while you try and make sense of what was said you say to yourself 'i am a horrible child' .

that is the secret to debugging your mind the parent said "you are" and you said "i am"
until you find the exact wording that was said to you as a child you will feel anger because you keep saying in your head i am a horrible person and remember all those feelings that you felt as a child a pounding heart shallow breathing a stinging face.

once you remember the exact wording and recall the event properly you can see that it is a child hood memory a physical incident that happened years ago which you then can let go, you may get emotional and cry that is normal let it go and get on with life.
