after listening to dw's latest blog entry

http://divinecosmos.com/index.php?op...=401&itemid=70

i thought i would expand a little on the concept of debugging your mind or modify the program as what was said in that blog made a lot of sense and was articulated in a more understandable manner.

that is the secret to debugging your mind the parent said "you are" and you said "i am"
until you find the exact wording that was said to you as a child you will feel anger because you keep saying in your head i am a horrible person and remember all those feelings that you felt as a child a pounding heart shallow breathing a stinging face. once you have found the memory or incident that occurred in child hood usually 6 years and under you need to forgive it and let it go remember it then forgive it.
the people involved are just another person like you when they were children its most likely a similar event happened to them or even worse there response to that situation was an automation.

its called the reactive mind, in animals its called fight or flight... if you surprise an animal like a horse it will either run away or kick the hell out of you, its a survival instinct a response mechanism that helps the horse survive when confronted by a threat such as a snake or a bear.

there is also a third reaction which i noticed in chickens my dog used to molest them by running them down then mouthing them with out injury a game in the dogs mind but the chickens did not appreciate it.

some of the chickens would run away (flight) one particular chicken would fly at the dogs
face (fight) but there was one that would just give up and squat down (resign)
that particular chicken suffered the most and the dog singled it out after a while and harassed it the most.

this chicken ended up isolating itself from the other chickens and would hide behind the shed making depressing chicken noises like it was depressed .

that last observation resembles depression in humans as a child a person can easily become over whelmed and just giving up and resigning may have been an unavoidable conclusion formed in child hood .

the good news is that as an adult you can trace that feeling of helplessness back to your child hood remember it forgive your self and those involved and move on its just a conclusion you came to as a child, its your mind you can change it if you like .

the people you don't like that upset you and keep coming into your life are just reminding you of a suppressed memory from child hood and believe it or not thats all it is a memory
that you need to remember and forgive and let go.

we as a species are a human animal we are alive and depend on nature for our existence
because we are a part of nature and the universe not separate... that is the illusion or lie we are currently experiencing separateness its not real wake up.
