the don't judge part is accurate. judging is the act of seeing yourself as seperate from others. this feeds the material ego. that is bad because it disconnects you from your higher self. e.g.o = edging god out.

trust everyone, not a chance. i have been tought over and over that i should not trust anyone who is in the service to self paradigm. trust those who you know are in the service to others paradigm. this takes time to decipher. you really have to get to know someone before you can decide which train of thought they are in.
