when i notice qualities that i don't like about a person i tend to stay clear of that person or i just don't let them act that way toward me. i actually have several friends who are very selfish towards others but are never like that towards me, it's a strange thing.

should i get the hero complex going and stop them from being selfish when they are around me though?
