this is sort of a twisted answer and probably not the clear yes or no that you were looking for, but the bottom line is that it was not as necessary for you to do this until you read that sentence, because it did not even occur to you that this lower energy might intrude into your consciousness. now that you are made aware of this possibility, the likelihood of it occurring dramatically increases, so now it becomes more necessary to invoke protection.

this all falls in line with a kind of unwritten rule that the farther along you travel on the path of light and service the more responsibility you take on. it's not always easy, (if it were, everyone would be on this path

) but it's immensely rewarding, even more rewarding than you can ever imagine, until it's all said and done and you are reviewing your life from the other side of the veil.
