"be the change that you want to see."
- mahatma gandhi

simple, yes?

what "most" people are like or are doing is of little interest to me. what is of immense interest is what i am like and what i am doing. my thoughts and subsequent actions show this to me quite clearly. i hope i don't sound self-important here, but i do see the effects of positivity in daily life. in one day i counted at least ten "strangers" on the street, in the store, etc. smiling at me, with some actually waving like we had known each other for years. where i work i often see people walking their dogs, many of whom will pull on their leashes to try to greet me, sometimes to the surprise of their humans. my point is that if you're not seeing comparable things in your life, it's not that you're doing something wrong; but perhaps there are inner things to be balanced. i don't want to be anyone's judge. it's a full-time job trying to stop doing the same to myself.

i sometimes have discussions with people who express things like the following: "everybody is so such-and-such." "no one gets it." "why can't everybody just such-and-such?"

i too will sometimes think such thoughts and/or make such statements. the fact of the matter is that what i am seeing is a mirrored projection of my self and my inner workings. my positive focus combined with your positive focus, combined with her positive focus, combined with his positive focus ad infinitum does have a real effect on the way things are manifesting. even just little ole me holding positive prayerful thoughts and intent helps raise the overall vibration of the planet.

to keep an overall positive, loving, joyful, hopeful for the present and the future mindset is work. from my understanding of the law of one, the purpose of 3rd density is to learn how to love. one can of course take the seemingly opposite, service-to-self, path and choose to be of negative bent, which is still loving -- loving of one's self with little or no consideration of other selves' well-being --except whereby the other selves are helping one gain power. by no means is my study and understanding of the ra material comprehensive. those new to this forum would be well-advised to look to others here more experienced for their unique perspectives.

do most people think i'm a pretty nice guy? yes. do i sometimes freak out, screaming and shouting, acting somewhat out of control? yes. do i despair for myself and others on earth? no. am i concerned for myself and others' well-being? yes. i write these questions to help illustrate that perfection is not required to be a positive person. in my humble opinion, david wilcock's material and the material he draws from are extremely helpful in gaining perspective on the state of the planet and where/what we apparently are heading towards.

namaste,
