bob,

don't forget to sit in the sun to get those muscles and bones feeling better (sun makes you heal faster). this is one of the secrets of the ancient greek athletes. also remember to soak in the tub with epsom salts, and drink lots of water with a pinch of celtic or himalayan sea salt. okie dokey?
