i also found that topic to be extremely interesting and a little different.

i jotted down all the ways david mentioned to keep the pineal gland healthy...like less sugar and soda, etc. i'm a few years ahead of a lot of you young 'uns and i have some concerns that as i age, so does my pineal gland the last thing i want at this point on my pathway is a calcified pineal .

so i am in the process of learning all that i can about keeping it healthy and active. if anyone here has any tips on diet, supplements, etc., please share them.
