[understanding - i have been pondering if eletrical signals are interpreted in to our brain and this creates the reality. why do people see the same thing? like if my and 2 friends were going to visit the san francisco bridge and we seen it and described it the same?]

we see the same thing because everything around us is on a certain frequency or wave length that our minds and bodies are in tune with. this certain frequency gives off a vibration that produces persons, places and things. thats why we see the same thing (but from different perspectives) because of the frequency level we are all in tune with...in 3rd density that is.
