being empathic has proven to be both my greatest strength and my greatest weakness. i find it can be very challenging to keep from feeling run down and depressed.

three simple things that have helped me a lot is:

+juice fasting
+plenty of exercise
+sunshine

the best thing in the world i find for me and my emotions is to do a juice or lemonade cleanse. i find that if i let my body become toxic i quickly become tired, fatigued and depressed. when i do the cleanse i begin to lighten up again. my mind becomes clear and i feel more loose, relaxed, happy and energetic.

a long walk, a little jogging and some sunshine does wonders for me as well. sunshine unfortunately is often not available for me so i eat and drink plenty green products. this is like drinking liquid sunshine.

don't go the alcohol/drugs route!
