when you feel it recognize that its coming from some one else at which point you have the option of wallowing in it and doing nothing or sending back light and love which takes about five to ten minutes sitting quietly focusing your intention back to the source of the misery.
we are all connected you can up the frequency of the other self whom is in need or you can allow yourself to be lowered by it by adding to the negativity and you even get the added bonus of bringing those down around you.
if you wallow in it the effect can last for days if you put aside 5 or 10 minutes of your time and send l&l the feeling will dissipate almost at once, waking up feeling like crap is my current lesson as i find i am to busy feeling like crap to remember to send l&l
so maybe i can get into a morning ritual of sending l&l .
thanks for asking the question you have helped me solve my own conundrum
